I couldn't resist this stone when I came across it in Taos, New Mexico. I'm not usually drawn to turquoise, but how could you not with this one?
The stone has this radiant pool of aqua blue surrounded by a mosaic of browns and cream.
The ring is made with sterling and fine silver. I accented the turquoise with garnet and citrine set in 14K gold along with a little 14K gold accent.
Size 8 - not adjustable.
"But for the briefest moment, the blue of Zoe's pool gave way to deeper, darker aqua-colored water. The few plants and rocks were replaced with a lagoon and a waterfall where several mermaids lounged half in the water, half in the sun. They splashed and dove, their laughter making the same sound as the water.” --Michelle Cuevas, Confessions of an Imaginary Friend
