I came across this stone, starburst agate, at the Gem and Mineral show in February. I bought three. I've never seen anything like it. Luminous creamy yellow/orange with little streaks of pink at the top.
I paired it with a peach moonstone and two pink tourmalines. It's so pretty and fresh and light. Kind of like when the first flowers peek up in the spring and the sun is starting to feel warm.
The piece is almost 2 1/4 inches tall by about 1 1/2 inches wide. The stones are set using sterling and fine silver. The pendant is suspended on a slender 18" sterling silver omega chain.
“She turned to the sunlight
And shook her yellow head,
And whispered to her neighbor:
"Winter is dead.”
