I'm not saying you should catch a fish like this, but you really should get out fishing and catch something, catch anything.
Find yourself a fish monger to clean the fish.
Bring along your favorite pan, some oil, and fish coating. We like to use Chef Roberts.
Get your pan hot and add the oil - there should be about 1/4 inch of oil in the pan. Meanwhile, coat the fish fillets in the Chef Roberts breading. (Use a separate plastic bag with some of the mix, add a couple of fish fillets and toss inside the plastic bag.)
Lay the fish in the oil, don't crowd them or they won't crisp up. (Supervision by your dog is optional.)
When the fillets look nicely browned (you'll flip once to get both sides browned), put them on a plate, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with some lime. Yes! Lime is perfect for these.
